Is Miapia jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every Miapia piece is crafted using sterling silver as its precious metal foundation, finished in vermeil gold or rhodium plating.
Our jewelry is nickel-free and skin-safe, making it suitable for sensitive skin and everyday wear.
We prioritise both beauty and comfort, ensuring your jewelry feels as good as it looks.
Will the gold plating fade?
Miapia jewelry is crafted using premium vermeil gold over sterling silver or rhodium-plated sterling silver.
With proper care, plating retains its finish for a long time. Over time and depending on usage, natural fading may occur — which is why we offer complimentary replating (for eligible orders) and lifetime plating support.
What is Private Client Pricing?
Orders with a cart value of ₹19,999 or above automatically qualify for 10% exclusive savings at checkout.
This benefit is applied automatically and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Is the complimentary replating automatic?
Yes. If your order value is ₹9,999 or above, your piece automatically qualifies for one complimentary replating within 12 months of delivery.

What does the 12-Month Warranty cover?
Our 12-month manufacturing warranty covers:
- Stone setting issues
- Clasp or fastening defects
- Structural workmanship concerns
It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, chemical exposure, accidental damage, or third-party alterations.
All claims are subject to inspection.
What is Lifetime Plating Support?
Lifetime Plating Support means that even after the complimentary period ends, Miapia continues to offer replating services for your jewelry at standard service charges.
Current estimated replating charges range between ₹300–₹500 per piece (depending on design). Shipping charges apply.
This ensures your jewelry can always be professionally restored.
Do you offer replating services?
Yes. All Miapia pieces are eligible for replating services.
Orders above ₹9,999 qualify for one complimentary replating within 12 months of delivery (valid once per product). Shipping charges apply.
Beyond the initial 12-month period, we continue to offer Lifetime Plating Support at standard service charges.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across India and to select international destinations.
4. How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3–10 business days depending on location.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if unworn and in original packaging.
Note: Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
6. Does Miapia jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all Miapia pieces have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
