🕒 Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within
7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the jewelry must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned with the Miapia box and all accessories
• Accompanied by the digital invoice and warranty card
We do not accept returns for:
• Customized or engraved items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse

🔄 Exchange Options
You can exchange your product for:
• The same design (if a manufacturing issue was found)
• Another product of equal or higher value (with the difference payable)
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

📦 How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@miapiaofficial.com or call us at +91 97693 23334 with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Images of the product and packaging
Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions and pick-up details.

🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping
• We arrange a free reverse pickup in most locations.
• In remote locations where pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the item back to us.
• Items must be securely packed in the original Miapia packaging.
Once the product reaches us, our quality team will verify its condition.

💳 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment.
For COD orders (if applicable in future), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

🔍 Quality Check Process
Every returned product goes through a detailed inspection to ensure:
• No signs of wear
• No scratches or dents
• All components and stones are intact
• Packaging and accessories are included
If the product does not meet return guidelines, it will be shipped back to you.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange an exchange or repair at no extra cost.

🎁 Received a Gift?
Gifted items can be exchanged within 7 days if you have the order number. Refunds for gifts are issued as store credit only.

• Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is not eligible for returns.
• Slight variations in handcrafted pieces are natural and not considered defects.
• Shipping delays caused by couriers or external events are outside our control.
